Who we are

Familias Fuertes | Strong Families, Legal Technician, LLC is a bilingual family-law practice here to help Washington families navigate the court system with clarity and compassion. Founded by Washington-licensed Legal Technician Lesly Díaz-Pérez, we support self-represented individuals with limited-scope guidance, document preparation, and court-filing assistance in areas like divorce, parenting plans, and child support.

Lesly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Whitworth University and is licensed and regulated by the Washington State Bar Association. Her work is grounded in access-to-justice values and focuses on reducing language and financial barriers for families across our state.

We don’t provide legal representation or court advocacy — instead, we empower people to move forward with the support, structure, and information they need. We also partner with community organizations to help expand legal education and equity in the justice system.

At Familias Fuertes, we believe language should never stand between a family and fairness — and our mission is to make legal support more approachable, affordable, and culturally informed.

Services are limited to preparing family law documents and providing procedural and limited legal guidance as allowed under Washington law (APR 28 and Regulation 2). I do not appear in court or represent clients at hearings.
