FAQs

  • A Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) is a licensed legal professional authorized by the Washington Supreme Court under APR 28 to provide legal advice and assistance in family-law matters.

To become licensed, I completed required education, gained supervised experience, and passed a Washington State Bar examination. I am licensed and regulated by the Washington State Bar Association.

LLLTs provide limited legal services in family law, including advising clients, preparing and filing court documents, and helping self-represented individuals navigate the court process.

  • I charge $175 per hour, but in certain cases, I offer flat-fee options. Please see the Pricing page for details.

  • After you select a consultation date, we complete a conflict check. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a payment link by email. Your consultation is finalized once payment is received.

Please ensure any relevant documents are emailed to us or available for review at least TWENTY FOUR (24) hours prior to your appointment.

  • I can sit beside you at your hearing to provide support. I will not speak on your behalf or argue your case, but I can help you stay organized during the process. If the court addresses me directly, I may respond to factual or procedural questions about the case or the documents we prepared together.

  • I serve clients all across Washington State. Many of my clients are from King, Skagit, Lewis, Yakima, Spokane, Okanogan, Chelan, and surrounding areas — but because much of the work is done remotely, I can support families statewide.
