A Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) is a licensed legal professional authorized by the Washington Supreme Court to advise and assist individuals with family law matters in Washington State.
To become licensed, I completed extensive education and training requirements, gained supervised legal experience, and passed a Washington State Bar examination. I am licensed and regulated by the Washington State Bar Association.
As an LLLT, I can provide legal advice within the authorized scope of practice, prepare and file court documents, assist with court procedures and scheduling, and help self-represented individuals navigate the family law process.
My practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, legal separation, parenting plans, child support, parentage, modifications, and certain protection order matters.
Please note: An LLLT is not an attorney and cannot represent clients in court, argue motions, negotiate on a client's behalf, or provide services outside the authorized scope of practice.

I may accompany clients to certain hearings to provide support and assistance as permitted under APR 28.
I do not represent clients in court, argue cases, question witnesses, or speak on a client's behalf. Clients remain responsible for presenting their own case to the court.
If the court directly addresses me, I may respond to factual or procedural questions regarding documents I prepared or services I provided within the authorized scope of my license.
My role is to help clients stay organized, prepared, and supported throughout the court process.

I serve clients all across Washington State. Many of my clients are from King, Skagit, Lewis, Yakima, Spokane, Okanogan, Chelan, and surrounding areas — but because much of the work is done remotely, I can support families statewide.
