Preparation of agreed or uncontested divorce documents when there are no minor children. This may include the initial pleadings, agreed final documents, and procedural guidance throughout the filing process.

Court filing fees, service fees, and other third-party costs are separate.

Preparation of documents needed to request temporary orders while a family-law case is pending. Depending on the scope, this may include the motion, notice of hearing, supporting declaration, proposed parenting plan, child-support worksheets, financial documents, and proposed temporary orders.
The final fee depends on the number of issues, the documents required, and the complexity of the requested relief.

Review of financial information and preparation of Washington child-support worksheets and related documents. This service may be used for establishing, adjusting, or modifying child support.
The fee may increase when additional financial analysis, declarations, responses, deviations, or court pleadings are required.

Preparation of final agreed court orders after the parties have resolved all issues. This may include final divorce, parenting-plan, child-support, or other agreed family-law documents, depending on the case.
This service does not include negotiating unresolved terms between the parties.

eview of self-prepared court documents for completeness, consistency, formatting, missing information, and procedural issues. Hourly services may also include custom drafting, revisions, declarations, responses, hearing preparation, and other authorized family-law assistance.
A minimum charge may apply depending on the scope of the work.

Services are limited to Washington family-law matters within the authorized scope of a Washington Limited License Legal Technician.
An LLLT is not an attorney and does not provide court representation or trial advocacy. Clients remain responsible for appearing in court and presenting their case.
Flat fees vary by scope. Filing fees, service fees, mediation fees, expert fees, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included in the written service agreement.
