About

Legal support rooted in real-life experience—and backed by professional training.

Navigating family law can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re dealing with stress, uncertainty, and decisions that impact your children and your future. You shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m part of a small number of licensed Legal Technicians in Washington State—and an even smaller group providing bilingual, culturally competent family law support.

At Familias Fuertes | Strong Families, I provide clear, practical guidance in family law matters such as divorce, parenting plans, and child support. My role is to help you understand your options, prepare your documents correctly, and move forward with confidence—without the cost or formality of full attorney representation.

What makes my work different is the perspective I bring—I don’t just understand the legal system, I understand what it feels like to go through it. That allows me to support clients with clarity, honesty, and respect.

Who I Help

I work with individuals and families who are:

  • Navigating separation, divorce, or custody

  • Dealing with high-conflict co-parenting

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the court process

  • Looking for clear, affordable legal guidance

  • Spanish-speaking families who need support they can fully understand

Credentials & Experience

  • Washington State Licensed Legal Technician (LLLT)

  • Regulated by the Washington State Bar Association

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Administration

  • Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies

  • Member, Washington State Access to Justice Board

  • Experience in family law and civil litigation (public and private sectors)

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish

I bring experience from both public and private legal settings, giving me a practical understanding of how cases move through the system—and how to help clients navigate it effectively.

Approach

I believe legal support should be clear, accessible, and grounded in dignity. This work is not just about documents or court procedures—it’s about helping people make informed decisions during some of the most difficult moments in their lives.

Clarity matters. Timing matters. And the right guidance can change everything.

Start Here

If you’re unsure what to do next, start with a consultation. We’ll review your situation, go over your options, and create a clear path forward.

Beyond the Work

Outside of my practice, I’m a mother to an adult son and a teenage daughter. That perspective shapes how I approach every case—with a focus on stability, long-term impact, and the real-life needs of families.
